Birthday Girls

We've been busy celebrating a few birthdays. Last week Sadie turned 5! I haven't added any pictures of her lately because she hates taking pictures. Today I asked Sadie and David if they would take a picture together and Sadie said, "No!" while David said, "Yes!"

Instead of some new pictures I have a video interview of Sadie, so we can remember her 5 year old self.

And if you watched the video you will not be surprised to see this gift. 

Today was a sad day for me. Eve turned one.

We celebrated by going to the Botanical Gardens with Grandma. We are so glad that she is visiting!

Eve enjoyed her first cake. Less than 5% of it made it into her mouth.

She destroyed it.

Sucking frosting from her two favorite fingers.

And she ended the day with some kisses and giggles.
