So Chris brought
this article from ABC news to my attention, and I would love to not have to pay for diapers, but this seems kinda odd and weird to me. My sister-in-law is from Peru and she told me that they potty-train babies when they are about three months old, but she lives in Utah now and I don't think that her two year old is potty trained yet. I can't help but wonder what everyone else thinks about these moms and babies. Smart? Crazy?

Ugh -- I'm going to have to go with crazy on that one. I didn't like dealing with a comprehending 2 year old's accidents, and I sure wouldn't enjoy handling this on top of everything else little babies need!
Sounds a little fishy to me. I guess if you want to spend the first 6 months (which is a really long time) trying to potty train your newborn rather than lets say 1 week potty training your 2 year old (just going off what my neice did) then go ahead but i think I'd prefer the latter. Babies go so often too, which would make going anywhere even harder. Plus, my baby has disgusting blow-outs even with a diaper on, I can't imagine it with out a diaper at all.
I have heard of this, some people are really into it. Not for me though.
I was on a cloth diaper for 3 months. After that, my father Schrute explained the benefits of being potty trained. Since that moment, I have not used a diaper. And best of all...no accidents.
That is all a lie.
We'll be fine with it when the kid is nice and ready.
yay! I can't wait to hear about your new house!
Okay, this has nothing to do with the diaper free thing (which I think is a bunch of crap--ha, ha, ha) but I don't think you should call our link Derek and Audrey. Come on, Derek is NEVER going to keep a blog. I realize you have a little theme going on with the couples' names, but I just wanted to let the truth be known!
